Completely updated 6-7 years ago. First floor was opened up, Kitchen with breakfast bar open to living room. 2nd full bath added, hardwood floors refinished, all new windows and shades. Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer are all 6 years young. You won't find another rental as nice as this one! One pet considered with additional deposit.
